Caltech Other Support Reporting Policy

It is Caltech policy that all Senior/Key Personnel on Caltech grants or contracts must provide accurate current and pending or other support (Other Support) information to federal funding agencies, in accordance with each specific agency requirement. Other Support includes disclosing all resources made available to the Senior/Key Personnel in support of and/or related to all of their research endeavors, regardless of whether or not they have monetary value and regardless of whether they are based at Caltech.

All Senior/Key Personnel will attest and certify to the accuracy of this information annually, at the time of submission of their annual Disclosure of Financial Interests and Commitments (DFIC) and at the time of each proposal submission.

If the agency has a requirement to receive training on this policy, researchers must complete the Institution's Research Security Training.
